利用規約 / Terms of Use

第1条（適用）

本規約は、Vowith運営（以下「運営者」）が提供するサービス「Vowith」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（サービスの内容）

本サービスは、ふたりの利用者がそれぞれ質問に回答し、回答の一致・不一致を確認したうえで話し合い、その結論を画像としてまとめることを目的とした無料のサービスです。

第3条（禁止事項）

• 本人以外になりすまして回答する行為
• 招待URLや自分用URLを、意図した相手以外の第三者に共有・公開する行為
• 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為（過度な連続アクセスなど）
• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

第4条（免責事項）

• 本サービスは、ふたりで結婚前に価値観を確認し合うための話し合いの補助を目的としており、法律・医療・心理・その他専門的な助言を提供するものではありません。
• 本サービスの利用によって生じた利用者間のトラブルについて、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
• 運営者は、本サービスの内容の正確性・有用性、および中断・停止・データ消失が生じないことを保証しません。

第5条（知的財産権）

本サービスに含まれる質問文、デザイン、プログラム等の著作権その他の権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

第6条（サービスの変更・終了）

運営者は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することができるものとします。

第7条（規約の変更）

運営者は、必要と判断した場合には本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

第8条（準拠法）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of Vowith ("the Service"), provided by Vowith ("the Operator"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Description of the Service)

The Service is a free service that allows two users to each answer a set of questions, compare where their answers match or differ, discuss the differences, and record their conclusions as a shareable image.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

• Answering while impersonating someone else
• Sharing or publishing your invite link or personal link with anyone other than your intended partner
• Interfering with the operation of the Service (e.g., excessive automated access)
• Violating any applicable law or public order and morals
• Any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

• The Service is intended to help couples discuss their values before marriage and does not provide legal, medical, psychological, or other professional advice.
• The Operator is not responsible for any disputes between users arising from use of the Service.
• The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of the Service's content, nor that the Service will operate without interruption or data loss.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and other rights in the questions, design, and program contained in the Service belong to the Operator or the applicable rights holders.

Article 6 (Changes to or Termination of the Service)

The Operator may change the content of the Service or discontinue it without prior notice to users.

Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)

The Operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this page.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
